We move to 3 days a week! 11 am Mon & Wed Gentle Yoga, Friday 11am is Yin. Classes are at the studio and on zoom.
What to say about Yin- it is the best complement to whatever you are already doing. Feel better, increase range of motion, take a mini retreat. All classes work for all levels and are in studio and on zoom. It's always a plus to have props for Yin. A blanket (or large towel) and blocks or a bolster.
I am thrilled to be working with All Before Dinner check them out here- an amazing networking group supporting working moms. Honored to be part of their member programming and bringing the benefits of meditation to these incredible women this week!
