DIANA DALTON

Hi, I’m Diana and my mission is to share the gifts of Yoga so that you can live a more healthful, empowered, vivacious life. Achieve great health, connect with your best self, and benefit from its healing, uplifting, and transformative power. I am honored and excited to start this journey with you!


Originally drawn to my own mat to improve my health, I've trained in many styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Anusara, Skanda, Gentle Therapeutics Yoga and Yin). I finally found my hOMe in Iyengar Yoga, and am now a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT). I combine 15+ years of teaching yoga with an MA in Speech Communication, perspective from living on five continents, and humor to help you unlock your full potential.
