Delicious Delight at the YogaExpo
Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Planning my class for the YogaExpo is pretty darn exciting. Being a part of the the largest global yoga conference is inspiring! Wondering about all the beautiful souls from far and wide that will be there to connect. Thinking about how, despite the obstacles of the past year, we are not just connecting, but connecting globally. Together we are making the very best of this virtual situation.
My class is
Delicious Delight
- gentle yoga & meditation. It is for everyone and anyone interested in the aliveness that's right here. Balance all the moving and doing of modern life and come to stillness. Come to a comfortable seat and experience with a kind and curious attention what's happening right here, now. Come home to loving presence.
With 80 classes of interesting, dynamic, new classes to choose from, I wanted my class to be a moment of peace, a quiet refuge to find ease and delight in present moment awareness.
Nike is right, just do it! Each time we remember to pause and breathe, we deepen the pathway to home. So, sit comfortably, in a way that you are alert and relaxed. Fill the lungs with a smooth in breath. Out breath is letting go, releasing, relaxing outward. Again, inhale filling the chest and lungs. Exhale gently, slowly... Deep breath in, let go with a long breath out ...
Notice the quality of presence here. Observe with relaxed and open awareness.
Sense the possibility of relaxing with whatever is happening.
Smile, creating space for the light that's already here.
See you at the YogaExpo (get tickets here use expo15 discount code)!! My class is Saturday 4:30 pm

Q: Why do you meditate?
A: So I see the flowers as I walk along the path.
Q: Best advice right now?
A: The more you take refuge in presence, the more you will relate with love, the more you will trust who you are is the loving presence.
Q: What is your favorite pose?
A: Picking one is so difficult (it's my Aquarian nature, I love it all!!), but right now it would have to be Savasana aka corpse pose <3
What's your favorite pose?
